Oatmeal Banana Muffins Recipe

This recipe simply ROCKED – there is nothing I would change. One thing I really liked about it is that the sweetness is no simply from the white sugar but from honey ( I love being able to have natural sweetness in my bake goods when I can)

If I had to change it up a bit I would of used about 1 tablespoon of vanilla to the Oatmeal Banana Muffins Recipe — I love adding a little bit of vanilla to my baked goods

I used a hand mixer and made the batter VERY airy which resulted in VERY fluffy muffins ( perfection)

Another change I made was sprinkling a bit of oatmeal on the top – but that is because I wanted pretty muffins πŸ™‚
