What You Need

  • 1 pkg (8 oz each) 1/3 less fat cream cheese (Neufchatel), softened
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar ( I used Splenda but you can use regular brown sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon reduced fat (2%) milk
  • 1 Cup of Granola
  • 2 large  apples, unpeeled, chopped
  • Whipped Cream
  • Caramel Topping ( optional)

What To Do

In a medium size bowl mix cream cheese, milk; brown sugar together till smooth.

In 4 separate glasses place 1/2 of the granola equally. Top with half the cream cheese mixture. Top with half the apples. Top with half the whipped cream.

Repeat. Drizzle caramel on top.
