Cheesy Meatball Bubble Biscuits Recipe
Make sure to REPIN this recipe 🙂
These biscuit meatballs were AMAZING! My whole family loved it — I decided to use a cake pan to make it look pretty cool – Marie said to place them on a cookie sheet –
Another thing is that she used her own biscuit recipe but I went with grand rolls – since it would be easier for myself and anyone making the recipe
I decided to use turkey meatballs – but you can use any type of meatball you would love
I ended up using string cheese for the cheese inside the biscuit – I saw that being done with a similar recipe on Tumblr — and it worked out pretty well like you can see in the picture above
I really hope you enjoy the recipe
I am VERY excited this is the 17th from Marie the first recipe ( Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe ( Recipes from Marie) )
If you have no idea who Marie is – go HERE – I found a vintage recipe box in a local antique store so I am making and posting one her recipes weekly on Tuesday
Today is Cheesy Meatball Bubble Biscuits Recipe
I really hope you check back weekly for another recipe from Marie — pretty please comment ( let’s make this like a little community)
You will be able to tell which recipes are hers by the flower on the picture above 🙂
I would like to try this recipe again and make my own meatballs and use mozzarella balls instead of string cheese – I think it might of been better
My mom liked the dish — but thought it could use more flavor — next time for sure I will be adding rosemary, pepper, and a hint of onion powder
Here is my dad working on the recipe
The dish was done in about 30 minutes – and Eric, my mom and dad had them for lunch 🙂
