Make sure to REPIN this recipe 🙂

FINALLY I can start cooking again – we moved house about 5 days ago. There was about 10 days I was without a kitchen ( my house was all packed up and my parents had a house guest = no kitchen)

Now I have my awesome new kitchen I have been cooking like crazy —- Eric is more than happy to eat all the food I make 😉

So I did a similar recipe to this one YEARS ago – many people do not know this but many of my recipes I make again and again including this one 🙂 Many of the recipes I made are from my dad — so all the credit goes to him but I LOVE this recipe and make it monthly

I was at my local Walmart and saw they had some ground beef on clearance ( I instantly knew I was going to make this dish)

I knew I had some bbq sauce on hand  – if you do not have hamburger buns on hand – you can place the BBQ beef on rice

It is like a BBQ style sloppy joe ( I do not know about you but sloppy joes were HUGE in my house growing up )

Sadly no ingredient picture – I only thought to use this for a recipe after I started cooking

Here is the end product though 😉 What I normally do which I forgot to do this time is to cut up a green bell pepper and add it to the beef in the crock pot — it just adds more flavor and texture

If you do make the Crock Pot BBQ Beef Sandwiches Recipe please let me know what you think 🙂

This recipe is enough for 6 – I really love the fact I cook everything in one pot — I know it is a little different I really hope you like it though

Love You Guys!
