Easy Mini Cinnamon Rolls Recipe – Marie Recipe
Make sure to REPIN this recipe
You have no idea how much I stray away from making cinnamon rolls – I tried making them for this site about 3 years ago and it was a disaster – biggest mess ever
But I decided to give it another shot and I am glad I did – they turned out so lovely 🙂
I am planning making them for Eric again for Christmas morning – especially because you can premake them the night before and bake them when you need them 🙂
I am VERY excited this is the 27th from Marie the first recipe ( Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe ( Recipes from Marie) )
If you have no idea who Marie is – go HERE – I found a vintage recipe box in a local antique store so I am making and posting one her recipes weekly on Tuesday
Today is Mini Cinnamon Rolls
I really hope you check back weekly for another recipe from Marie — pretty please comment ( let’s make this like a little community)
I changed her recipe a lot – I ended up using crescent rolls since I really afraid making them completely from scratch — seriously that one baking disaster really has made me fearful to make them
You might notice the rice milk – you can use regular milk – my dad has a dairy allergy so I am using the rice milk for the icing
How I make icing is REALLY easy – I use a mixing bowl and place 1 cup of powdered sugar then I slowly whisk in milk – I add enough milk to get the perfect type of icing – I add about 1/3 cup of cold milk
I also throw in some vanilla 🙂
There is no real bad way to make an icing 🙂
