The holidays are HERE! I am so excited to spend time with family and friends. Everyone around me knows that I am the gal to bring the dessert and I wanted to show you all today one of my favorite recipes ever! I really hope you try this one because it will not disappoint.
What type of desserts do you like to eat during the holidays? I am all about the ones that are tart and sweet just like this cheesecake.
If you did not know my FAVORITE soda ever is Squirt® – it always has been and always will be. I love the crisp sweet/tart flavor in this grapefruit soda. I thought would translate well to the creaminess of a cheesecake and BOY was I right!

What I love most about this recipe is that the flavors are simple but has great depth.
First preheat oven to 325 degrees F and get baking. You are going to place the cream cheese into a large mixing bowl and beat the sugar and cream cheese together. Add in the vanilla and 6 oz of Squirt®. The Squirt® is going to add a delicious tartness and lighten the cheesecake.
Add in the eggs – whip together and you are ready to pour into the graham cracker shell. Bake for 30 minutes.
Enjoy 🙂 I added a few raspberries to brighten the dish even more – you can do this or not – whatever floats your boat.
The BEST Cheesecake Ever Recipe
- Graham Cracker Shell
- 16 oz of Cream cheese
- 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla
- ½ Cup of Sugar
- 6 oz of Squirt®
- 2 Eggs
- Preheat oven to 325
- In a mixing bowl beat together - cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar
- Once the mixing is smooth add in Squirt® and eggs
- Mix well
- Pour into the Graham Cracker Shell
- Bake for 30 minutes allow to rest for 3 hours
