What You Need
1 Cup of Chicken Stock
1 Cup of Colby Jack Cheese
1 Green Pepper Diced
1 Red Pepper Diced
1 pound of Chicken Breast ( skinless, boneless)
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
8 oz of cream cheese
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
Optional – Rice ( cooked)
What to Do
Set you crock pot to low – add all ingredients except Colby Jack Cheese. Cook for 6 hours
Add Colby Jack Cheese and cook for 1 – 1.5 hours.
Shred the chicken — should be VERY easy to do at this point. Mix and serve over rice

Is this something that can be assembled and frozen before cooking? We love freezer meals around here
