About 20 minutes till dinner time – cook up some rice – I use my trusty rice cooker.

You could also use your copy cat recipe for ranch dressing mix (which is really good and I love ranch) to make this. lol. thank you. I am wondering how it would taste with Rotel? Might see.

I made this last night for dinner and it was delicious. My husband loved it too! My crock pot is on steroids, so I only needed to cook it for 4.5 hours. Served it over brown rice and with broccoli/cauliflower. Would definitely make again!

This is cooking in my Crock Pot as we speak and it smells and looks amazing. I’m going to serve it over white rice with a side of succotash and I’m really excited to taste it. I love all the recipes that you post. Your crescent burgers have become one of my husbands and my’s favorite dishes. Keep up the good work :)

That ranch package has MSG in it. Do you have any good recipes for homemade ranch dip/mix?

Mmmm, adding bacon is a delicious idea! I have a tip for shredding chicken – you can actually use a hand mixer to shred the chicken! It is so fast and easy, since the chicken is so tender from being in the crockpot. I usually cook up a batch of chicken, shred it with the mixer, and then package it in freezer bags for quick use in recipes. A great time saver.
