Budget Savvy Diva Needs Your Advice – Please Help

I need your input readers  – if you have not read – Budget Savvy Diva: Company Not Fulling Orders Because of THEIR OWN MISTAKE

please do. I wrote to the company about the problem discussed in the article – even sent them a link to it and have heard NOTHING back. It has been 4 days now – should I contact them again or simply let it go. It pains me because so many of my readers where affected by this fiasco. I figure that are simply going to wait till the order is cancelled so they have no obligation to fulfill it. What WOULD you do??

    BSD!!! Follow up. I had the same thing happen to me with chocolate. A wrong price was posted. The company did offer me $10 off of any other (million dollar) box I chose. I didn’t order, but I don’t hate them. I still think they should have sent me the chocolate though, then just pulled the add. Send this company an email, and include a link to your blog post. They should give all BSD readers some sort of discount. Good luck!!

    I think if you want to follow through, then write them again. However, if you are not feeling like dealing with them anymore then don’t. They just hurt themselves in situations like this.
    You already explained the situation to your readers and it’s not like you are a stockholder in that company, so you’ve shown your readers that you care and tried.
    No one expects a person to keep trying when they are hitting their heads against a brick wall.
