2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon sugar
2 Tablespoons of butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat the over to 450.
In a medium size bowl – mix Bisquick, buttermilk, and sugar together. Slowly add in 1 tablespoon of melted butter – the other tablespoon will be used for the top of the biscuit
Knead the dough for 5 minutes
Roll into a log form ( It should be the size of the dough from Pillsbury Grand Rolls) – Slice into 8 equal portions
Place on greased baking sheet – brush melted butter on each
Bake for 8 – 10 minutes
