When I was younger I lived in this house with this amazing desk and my dad and I would grill almost everyday during the summer. Well it is 10 years later and I am doing the same thing ( sometimes my dad helps too 🙂 ).
When I BBQ I always try and use charcoal since to me it tastes so much better – I am getting hungry just thinking about it. There is just something almost magical about a hamburger cooked over Kingsford Charcoal ( this is the only type I use).
I thought it would be fun to so y’all a grilling recipe using something different than beef. I went to my local grocery store and picked up salmon – my tomato plate is producing tons of tomatoes right now so I thought they would be perfect for the recipe. Acid ( from the tomatoes and the salmon) work well together – pairing that is basil is a match-made in heaven.
I went to my local Home Dept for the Kingsford Charcoal – it is located in the BBQ aisle.Head over to your nearest The Home Depot store to pick up your Kingsford Charcoal. Click here to find the store nearest you. Right now the Kingsford Charcoal. Kingsford Original Twinpack is on sale e for 50% off too, just $9.88 for their Kingsford Original Twinpack.

I love simple recipes all I used was a little grape oil to grease the grill and a little on the fish. I used a skillet made for the grill so the fish will not stick to the grill plus I was able to cook up the tomatoes and basil with the fish.
I cover the grill with the grill top and cook till the fish is flaky. This is a super simple recipe with simple flavors that are fantastic.
